Jamie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Washington and is a certified high school math teacher. Her passion for math drives her dedication to helping students master concepts and strengthen their skills in a supportive environment.
As a mother of four, Jamie understands the importance of building confidence in young learners. In her free time, she enjoys solving puzzles, playing board games, and playing the piano, always finding ways to keep her love of problem-solving alive both in and out of the classroom.
Tim was born and raised in Spokane, Washington, and later moved to Puyallup after getting married in 2020. He earned both a BA and MS in Mathematics from Eastern Washington University and spent 10 years as a math instructor there, sparking a lifelong love for teaching.
Nothing excites Tim more than seeing the “light bulb” moment when a concept finally clicks for a student. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, singing for friends, and performing in community theatre productions—combining his love of math with creativity and performance.
John brings a strong STEM background and a natural enthusiasm for problem-solving to his role at Mathnasium. He is passionate about helping students overcome math challenges and gain the confidence they need to succeed in school and beyond.
With a calm and focused approach, John enjoys breaking down complex topics into understandable steps. He’s excited to be part of the Mathnasium team, where he can make a meaningful difference in students’ academic growth.
Reilly is a talented and driven student with a solid foundation in math, having excelled in Honors Algebra 2 and Precalculus. She brings strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills to her role as an instructor.
With extensive volunteer experience, Reilly is passionate about helping others succeed. When she’s not working with students, she enjoys creative baking, conducting science research, and writing stories, balancing logic with creativity in everything she does.
