As the Centre Director of Mathnasium of Grimsby, Nimisha Goel brings a world-class educational background and a wealth of global experience to her math leadership role. Holding a Dual Master’s degree, she possesses a rare blend of deep technical expertise and strong quantitative analysis skills forged across diverse international assignments. Her elite background in data management and analytical modeling allows her to seamlessly bridge the gap between high-level statistical logic and foundational math education.
Operating with a forward-thinking mindset, she treats every student's learning plan with scientific precision, accurately diagnosing gaps and tracking progress with data-driven clarity. Ultimately, Nimisha's masterful grasp of mathematical logic ensures that every child under her guidance receives a highly precise, tailored learning pathway designed to maximize their confidence and success.
Bringing over 15 years of elite expertise in finance and accounting, he serves as a powerhouse Centre Director with a profound mastery of practical mathematics. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Auditing and has completed his C.A. Articleship, establishing a rock-solid foundation in advanced numerical analysis and complex problem-solving. This extensive background means he doesn't just understand numbers on a page; he deeply grasps the logic, patterns, and real-world applications behind them.
As a math leader, he possesses the unique ability to break down highly sophisticated quantitative concepts into clear, logical steps that inspire confidence in his students. Under his expert guidance, students don't just memorize formulas—they develop the sharp, analytical mathematical thinking skills needed to excel both in the classroom and the real world.
As a second-year Master’s student in Biomanufacturing Engineering at McMaster University, Darshan brings a powerhouse background in advanced calculus and biomedical science to his role. He thrives on guiding students step-by-step through complex problems, breaking down sophisticated concepts into clear, manageable milestones. For Darshan, solving math problems is incredibly rewarding, and he is deeply passionate about showing students that numbers can be genuinely fun.
Outside the classroom, he brings that same dynamic energy to his free time through his love for music, cooking, and gaming. Ultimately, Darshan's goal as a math leader is to help students strengthen their core skills, build lasting confidence, and discover true enjoyment in the learning process.
An Architectural Technology graduate from Mohawk College and current Civil Engineering infrastructure student at McMaster University, she brings an elite, real-world understanding of structural math to her leadership role. Currently working as an architectural designer in Stoney Creek, her passion for teaching was built from the ground up while serving as a peer tutor, helping students master complex architectural courses and foundational mathematics.
Inspired by her own college mentors, her ultimate career goal is to become an experienced structural engineer and a university professor in building sciences. She views a strong understanding of math fundamentals as the sturdy foundation of a skyscraper, always ensuring students master concepts completely from the bedrock up. Ultimately, her mission is not only to strengthen each student's mathematical knowledge, but to help them develop the rigorous study discipline required for their future, lifelong academic success.
As a Master’s student in Data Science at UT Austin, Bhagyashree brings a powerhouse background in applied statistics, computational logic, and quantitative problem-solving to her role. She thrives on guiding students step-by-step through complex equations, breaking down sophisticated algebraic and geometric concepts into clear, manageable milestones. For Bhagyashree, solving math problems is incredibly rewarding, and she is deeply passionate about showing students how numbers form the logical foundation of everything we build.
