Eileen is completing a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Statistics at McMaster University and enjoys teaching as much as studying higher-level math. Earlier experience coaching youth swim teams shaped her encouraging, step-by-step style.

Hello! I'm Maria, a mathematics enthusiast currently pursuing a degree in Mathematics and Statistics. I've been with Mathnasium of Oakville since early 2023, and over the past years, I’ve found immense joy in connecting with students and helping them discover their passion for math.
For me, math is more than just numbers—it's about fostering a mindset that sees mathematics as a tool for growth and understanding the world. I strongly believe, as Galileo Galilei once said, "The book of nature is written in the language of mathematics." My goal is to empower students by showing them the beauty and real-world applications of math, while encouraging them to push their limits and reach new heights on their mathematical journey.
