Mathnasium Maple Ridge was a great experience for my son! He never complained about going and enjoyed working with all the tutors. He was motivated and felt like the material was explained well. He noticeably improved his math marks after only 9 months. He could bring homework from school or work on what his tutors had prepared. I am so so so happy with this Mathnasium location. The tutors are helpful and engaged and attentive and so is management. The whole process from registration to accommodation has been seamless. My 7 year old actually likes going! She is no longer frustrated with math and we can see her progressing. It’s a beautiful and clean space as well plus free parking. We have tried other tutoring companies but it was a fail.

When my daughter had her first evaluation at the start of gr9 - she was at the level of gr4 due to lack of true reporting from school and covid online impact. Mathnasium team has put a special plan to bring her up in her math level but they went above their role and brought her up in her confidence level which made a difference in her attitude from dragging her feet to her lessons there, to rushing to go as she felt her improvement. My daughter got 55% in gr9 Maths and she finished with mid 80s in her gr11. The different experience in Mathnasium center that they personalize the experience, they handle the frustration with so much patience and zero judgment and a ton of compassion. We are so thankful for the few years we had our daughter learning with Mathnasium, if we regret anything, it would be that we have not started earlier.

We joined Mathnasium after my daughters fell behind in math during Covid. I love that the program identified and targeted the building blocks skills they were missing and fostered a sense of accomplishment while also working on their current grade work. My son has been going to the North London location for help with his grade 10 math course work. The staff are professional and very knowledgeable. It is a mix of independent work, with support when needed, which i love. He is learning how to work through problems while building his confidence and knowledge. The full assessment that is taken at the beginning of the program also identifies gaps in his learning, which he is now reviewing and being re-taught when a concept isn't fully grasped. I highly recommend mathnasium.
