1. Schedule a Risk-Free Assessment! Just click on the button below. Please mention your voucher and which option you selected. There is no obligation when your child takes this assessment and does not cost you extra if you choose not to enroll. This assessment helps us understand where your child is in their math skills so we can meet them efficiently. 

2. Come to the Center with your child and we'll chat about the program while your child takes their assessment.

3. Just pull up the voucher on the Groupon app so we can redeem it. We'll schedule your two Trial Sessions at this time.

4. If you decide to enroll your child in Mathnasium of Cave Creek, you will be asked to cover a one-time Registration Fee and a one-time Assessment Fee. If for any reason you choose to disenroll from Mathnasium in the future, you will be able to return every 6 months for an assessment to ensure your child is keeping up in math!
