Instructor
Mythili is a student at Hershey High School and an outstanding addition to our Mathnasium of Hershey team. She has a true passion for learning and for sharing that excitement with the students she works with. Known for her academic excellence, Mythili maintains a perfect 4.0 GPA and a place on the distinguished honor roll.
Beyond academics, she’s an active member of several student organizations, including Youth and Government, Future Business Leaders of America, and Key Club. Her leadership and enthusiasm make her a wonderful role model for younger learners.
Dennis Wilson
Senior Instructor
Dennis earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a Master’s in Environmental Engineering from Penn State University, followed by a Master of Science in Learning Technologies from Harrisburg University. His research focused on science education at cyber charter schools in Pennsylvania.
He has worked as a lab technician at Penn State Hershey Medical Center and as a water program specialist for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Dennis has also taught environmental science and astronomy at Harrisburg Area Community College since 1999 and brings decades of teaching experience to our team.
Emily O'Donnell
Lead Instructor
Emily is a junior at Lower Dauphin High School and a valued member of our Mathnasium of Hershey instructor team. She is a dedicated student and an active member of the Math, English, Science, and Spanish National Honor Societies, reflecting her strong academic and well-rounded approach to learning.
She has tutoring experience through the Study Buddies program at Londonderry Elementary School and plays on her school’s tennis team. Emily plans to study Accounting in college and loves helping younger students gain confidence in math.
Tatiana Gomez Adames
Center Director
Tatiana is the Center Director at Mathnasium of Hershey and a passionate advocate for math education. She is currently a sophomore at Penn State University, where she studies Mathematics and continues to expand her teaching experience.
Tatiana has a natural gift for connecting with students and helping them build confidence in their abilities. Her goal is to become a math teacher in the future, and she finds it deeply rewarding to see her students grow and begin to love math.
Don Umberger
Instructor
Don brings valuable experience and a lifelong love of mathematics to Mathnasium of Hershey. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Elizabethtown College and has spent his career working with numbers in both business and education.
Now, Don is excited to give back to his community by helping students discover the fun and satisfaction that comes from understanding math. His patient and encouraging approach helps students feel supported as they build confidence in their skills.
