My kids have gained amor from going to mathnasieum. I like how my 7th grader could take his homework and have someone help him if he needs any help. Also I like how every month they send a progress report with updates on the skills our kids are taking, and they point out which skills the student has mastered and which skill they are still working on. Last, I love how the kids get prizes every time they have a certain amount of points, when they finish a math skill.

The directors are courteous and friendly. The center is clean and bright. It is easy and flexible to schedule sessions. The sessions always run on time and are not too long. There is a clear plan of action regarding my child's math studies. My child really enjoys coming to the facility to learn about math. At the end of her session, she leaves with a smile on her face and has never been frustrated or overwhelmed. The overall experience with Mathnasium Hinsdale has been rewarding.

Antoinette and her team are patient and knowledgeable instructors. The online scheduling and flexible hours are very accommodating for our busy schedules. My daughter went from a struggling, frustrated math student to a confident ‘A’ student. In addition to working on getting up to or beyond grade level, part of the time may be devoted to homework which is also helpful.

We adore Mathnasium!! It is truly one of the highlights of our entire summer! My kids love going and I love that they stay on top of their math in a fun, great atmosphere! I cannot say enough good things, thank you so much to Antoinette and her amazing team for all you do! She is an amazing director and I think she makes the center the gem that it is, we absolutely love it there. Thanks so much.

I thought going to Mathnasium was going to be a chore but my some loves it. The fact that there isn’t “homework” really helps. He says the instructors are funny and nice. He also really enjoys being ahead at school. His math teacher asked him how he knew something because they hadn’t covered it yet, he said “Mathnasium!”

Mathnasium has done an amazing job with our 3 kids! All the staff nake learning math fun! We first came to mathnasium nearly 3 years ago with two kids who didn't like math and it was a struggle. We noticed a difference immediately in their confidence level and love for math! Now our youngest child is there and loving math too! If it wasn't for mathnasium, our kids wouldn't be in the higher math levels at school. Thank you!!!

My kids love Mathnasium! It is thorough and challenging.
One suggestion: For parents its hard to understand the format/terms... what is a "mastery check", for instance? Are the sessions comprised of mostly these workbook pages? And is the workbook customized for whatever the child needs to work on? I think there might be tests and should kids study before they take a test to level up? Just hard to understand the framework. As a parent you just want to stay on top of things. Wish there was a sheet given to parents that defined these specific terms and gave more detail.

We love Mathnasium and what it has done for our kids! We started going to Mathnasium over a year ago and immediately saw a difference in confidence and love of math! Prior to going, our twins struggled with low confidence, which is why we started going. I can't speak enough about what a great program it is or how wonderful the staff has been! The staff have a great way of teaching so the kids not only love math, but also boosts their confidence. Since starting, they are not afraid of math. We just started our youngest over the summer and he loves it equally as much!

My son's have both enjoyed more confidence, enthusiasm, and accuracy with Math since joining the Mathnasium Hinsdale. My elder son's report card math grade jumped a full letter after about 6 weeks in the program. Our stressful moments with math homework at home have disappeared. I wanted to nip that in the bud before my 5th grader heads to junior high and any gaps became more noticeable, stressful and before his schedule became too busy with other things. My younger son already liked math and as a 2nd grader did fine in it, but I thought I'd rather get extra in now before homework got hard for him and to encourage him to continue to enjoy it. My husband and I have both been very happy with the program and our boys' progress. What I notice most is how my son's see math in the world around them, talk about, ask about and try to solve real world math with the same interest level they would discuss a new movie or video game.

Mathnasium has provided our two kids fantastic opportunities! They have learned so much at mathnasium over the past year! They wouldn't be doing as well as they are at math in school had it not been for mathnasium. A year ago, we were dealing with kids who were hating math, hating homework and had no self confidence when it came to math- now they love math and love going to mathnasium!
