Lauren graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies focused on Mathematics Education and Psychology. She is well-versed in advanced math, including Calculus I–III, Differential Equations, and Statistics. Lauren discovered her passion for math education in high school and has been inspiring students since joining Mathnasium in 2011.
She believes that math should be both challenging and enjoyable, and she is dedicated to helping students feel confident and capable. Through her work, Lauren empowers students to not only learn math but also to love it.
Jodi holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Math from Hope College, a Master's in Math Education, and a Specialist's degree in Curriculum and Teacher Leadership from Piedmont College.
With over 20 years of experience, she has taught everything from 8th grade math to IB math studies and is a certified gifted instructor. Jodi loves guiding students to moments of clarity and achievement, especially when a tough concept finally clicks. She believes that with the right support and tools, every student can succeed and develop a deep understanding of math.
Laura is an experienced education leader with a background in STEM and the arts, including early hands-on experience through an internship with NASA. She holds an Associate’s degree in Physics and a Bachelor of Science in University Studies with a minor in German.
With six years of experience as a Store Manager, Laura has led instructor teams and supported student growth across various subjects. She has also mentored K–12 robotics teams, some of which advanced to the worldwide FIRST competition, helping students build confidence, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Laura believes in a “work hard, play hard” approach—making strong progress while keeping learning fun and engaging. Outside of work, she enjoys building and experimenting with robotics projects, exploring new cuisines, crafting with yarn, and bringing energy and flair to her trumpet performances.
