Evan Lossing

Franchise Owner
Evan's professional experience with Mathnasium began in 2013 when his family opened their first math learning center. Evan spent many summers and holiday breaks working as an Instructor. After graduating his bachelors degree in Business Management at Texas Tech, he began working as the Director of Operations for our family enterprise and has now relocated back to our hometown in Dallas, Texas! Evan is excited to work with our students and continue their progress with math. He, himself, struggled with math when he was in elementary school and with supplemental support was able to not only close his gaps but got into an accelerated math curriculum by the time he entered high school. Evan is a stickler for customer service and meeting and exceeding your expectations. He welcomes your recommendations. He looks forward to meeting you and sharing his passion for education with our mathletes.

Libby Lossing

Franchise Owner
Hi, I'm Libby. I have been a cheerleader my whole life. From the sidelines of peewee football to the Rose Bowl cheering on the Bruins to Petco Park as a member of the Pad Squad, I have always been someone you can count on to uplift your spirits. Turns out, that mentality transfers really well to our learning center! Many students start their enrollment feeling defeated by math; their growth mindset shattered. I love meeting them 100% of the way with warmth and confidence. I will believe in them so hard they will learn to believe in themselves. Of course, your students will interact with more than just me. After UCLA I completed specialty certification programs with the Harvard Graduate School of Education to learn frameworks to ensure our hiring, training and evaluation systems for Mathnasium team members reinforce our commitment to providing your child a positive learning experience that they love coming to.

He wants to be that teacher, while making sure students are not only learning math but having a fun time doing so. Evan finds math important because he believes it is one of the most applicable skills someone can learn as it is in everything that we do and learn and use in every career. Fun fact: Evan loves soccer! Not only does he enjoy watching soccer but has been playing it for 14 years! That is 7/10ths of his life!

Lead Instructor
Francisco is also currently going to the University of Texas at Dallas! Francisco has had a love for math since he was little, which is one of the reasons he loves working here! He wants others to see math the same way he does and love and understand it! Francisco has a love for math because he loves all the different intricacies for the processes at all the different levels! He loves to see how everything builds upon itself and once you continue the fundamentals make more sense and you can discover shortcuts to use! When you can prove how something works, it is very satisfying to him! Fun fact: Francisco has 8 siblings! Out of those 8 siblings, Francisco is directly the middle child!

Assistant Center Director
Abram is a recent graduate from A&M University at Texarkana, receiving a bachelors in Mathematics. He is currently still going to school to get his masters degree and eventually wants to become a professor! Abram loves working here, because he has not only a passion for math, but a passion for teaching students to not only learn math but appreciate and love it! One of the reasons that Abram loves math and finds it interesting is because math can be applied in all aspects of life even at a grocery store! His goal is to show students the practical side of math and how it can be utilized! Fun fact: Not only is Abram in school studying to be a professor but is currently teaching a class there as well!
