Nick Mele taught every level of math at Green Valley High School for over 20 years, including AP Calculus BC and IB Math HL. Under his leadership, the school earned a spot on Newsweek’s Top Schools list eight times based on AP and IB exam performance.
He also spent over a decade training educators by designing and teaching courses in a Master’s in Mathematics Education program. A native of Ohio, Nick is a loyal Cleveland sports fan, still hoping to celebrate a championship win in his hometown.
Kenny Lu earned his degree in English with a teaching emphasis from California State University, Los Angeles. He began his Mathnasium journey in Las Vegas, working across several centers before joining the Anthem team.
Kenny’s passion for learning started with inspirational teachers from his own childhood. Today, he passes that love of learning on to his students, using the Mathnasium Method™ to make math meaningful and enjoyable for children of all ages.
Hi! My name is Abby. I attend Liberty High School and have a strong passion for math and science. It's here at Mathnasium where I first discovered my love for math in my elementary schooling, and I’d love to help others discover that same excitement and confidence. Outside of school, I love making friendship bracelets and spending time playing video games. I look forward to meeting you!
Hi, I'm Raymond! I am a Math and Computer Science major at UNLV, and I've always had a love for math. Whether it be complex problems or basic mental math, I always try to make sure I do a little math every day. What I love most is seeing others feel proud for solving hard math problems that they weren't confident in, and I hope that I can help you feel that same joy when doing math When I'm not working or studying, I like to play video games, basketball, and soccer.
