Nina M.

Assistant Center Director
Nina has been with Mathnasium since 2018. She graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor's degree in Health Sciences. Her favorite thing about Mathnasium is helping students eliminate math stress and learn to appreciate the process, even if it's not their favorite subject. She loves getting to know the students and watching them grow up into amazing young people! In her spare time, you can find Nina working out, usually at a CrossFit gym, or studying data analytics. Her favorite movie is Pirates of the Caribbean and an item on her bucket list is to get scuba certified!


Assistant Center Director
Jae recently graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor's degree in Animation and a minor in Mathematics. In her free time, Jae enjoys reading and rock-climbing. Something you may not know about Jae, she has been to 50 concerts and has more planned soon! An item on Jae's bucket list is to take a road trip across Northern Arizona.


Assistant Center Director
Zach is attending Arizona State University working towards a degree in Mathematics. When not working or studying he will be hiking, reading, watching a movie, or meditating. His favorite food(s) are any that involve a potato!


Guillermo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Texas at El Paso, with a minor in Physics. In addition, he completed one semester toward a Master's Degree in Mathematics. Guillermo has tutored all levels of math, including college math, for more than five years. He enjoys playing chess, watching soccer games, and solving math problems. He is from Mexico, so Viva Las Matimaticas!


Kishan is in his junior year at Veritas Preparatory Academy. Something people might not know about him? He likes singing in choirs! On his bucket list is to watch a game at all Major League Baseball stadiums. His favorite movie is 'The Sixth Sense' because of the surprises in it.


Christina is going into her junior year at Mountain Ridge High School. She enjoys spending her free time reading philosophy books. Something on her bucket list? To go scuba diving! Fun fact? She was born in Japan.


Daniel has always had a passion for Math and has been helping students succeed for years. In his spare time he like to play, make, and modify video games. Something people might not know about him? His favorite color is fuchsia! And Daniel's favorite movie is 'Shawshank Redemption'.


Abigail is currently a freshman studying Spanish at Paradise Valley Community College. When not working or studying, she enjoys playing the guitar. At the top of her bucket list of things to do is to visit Japan when the cherry blossoms are in bloom. Favorite movie? 'Fantastic Mr. Fox'!


Stefano is currently working towards his Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering. In his free time, he enjoys creating projects with Javascript, Python, and MATLAB to automate processes! An item on Stefano's bucket list is to climb the seven summits of the world, with Mount Everest being at the top!


Ellé is currently studying Math and Neuroscience at Grinnell College. When not busy studying, Ellé enjoys playing ultimate frisbee and spending time outdoors. An item on Ellé’s bucket list is to Hike El Camino de Santiago! Something you might not know about Ellé, she lived in Ireland for a semester!


Cali is currently taking a gap year before starting college in the fall to study Applied Mathnasium and Animation! Some of Cali’s hobbies include drawing, writing, skateboarding, and doing math! An item on Cali’s bucket list is to visit France, and one of her favorite movies is The Sound of Music!


Ronak is currently a high school student at Veritas Preparatory Academy and looking into studying engineering or possibly aviation in college! In his free time, Ronak enjoys playing chess, reading, and running. An item on Ronak’s bucket list is to learn how to fly a plane! Something you might not know about Ronak, his favorite candy is Sour Patch Kids!
