Our staff is built to teach each student individually, to develop the skills they need to thrive in mathematics, and to foster a love of learning.


Center Director
Elizabeth earned a BA in Mathematics from Troy University. She's an Alabama native and has several years of experience tutoring students in math prior to joining Mathnasium. Elizabeth loves to travel and has been to ten countries! She loves Mathnasium because it gives her the opportunity to help kids understand math and see how fun it can be!


Lead Instructor
Breanna just got her Bachelor’s of Bcience in Mathematics from Auburn University. Along with instructing at Mathnasium, she is a Tiger Tutor for Auburn Athletics. Eventually, she wants to continue her education to become a professor of mathematics, but until then she loves spending her time teaching and inspiring kids around her. Other than working, Breanna can be found at local coffee shops reading books, especially if Agatha Christie or Lucy Foley wrote them!


Lead Instructor
Jeffrey is a graduate student in the Speech and Language Pathology program at Auburn University. He loves Minecraft, cooking, and his favorite subject in math is Algebra II. Jeffrey is especially passionate about helping children achieve their most difficult goals and hopes to eventually work with them in his career which is what first inspired him to teach at Mathnasium.


Anna is a student at Auburn High School. She is a member of the marching band and loves playing the clarinet. She enjoys solving sudoku and crossword puzzles in her free time. Anna likes working at Mathnasium because she loves forming connections with the kids!


Annie is currently a student at Auburn High School. She is also a flute player in band. She loves reading books and traveling to new places. Annie enjoys working at Mathnasium because she can help students build their skills in math!


Isabella is a student of Human Development & Family Science with a minor in Counseling, aspiring to become a clinical counselor. In her leisure time, she cherishes walks, golf, and the joy of laughter. At Mathnasium, Isabella finds immense joy in witnessing children embrace learning, particularly guiding them through various mathematical concepts, ranging from Calculus and Differential Equations to her favorite: Algebra! It brings her great satisfaction to fuel their excitement for math and education.


Marissa is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. During her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends and family, and traveling to new places - her favorite destinations thus far include Glacier National Park and Yellowstone National Park. She is so fulfilled in her work at Mathnasium - she loves helping students understand math and teaching them new things!


Gretta is a graduate of the University of Florida, and she has close to 20 years of experience as a math teacher. She enjoys instructing at Mathnasium because she loves empowering students to discover their potential. She also loves traveling to places that require a passport, as well as participating in community service activities as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a public service organization.


Emma is a student at Auburn University pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering. She is a member of the Auburn Symphony Orchestra and has been playing the cello for 12 years. She loves reading, spending time with friends, and her favorite math subject is Differential Equations. Emma enjoys working with the Mathnasium students and watching them grow their math and problem solving skills!
