Nikita Nanavaty

Nikita Nanavaty is a passionate educator and Center Director at Mathnasium of Bartlett, bringing a strong blend of academic expertise, leadership, and a genuine love for teaching mathematics. With a background in Computer Science and over a decade of experience as a Math and Science tutor, she has successfully helped hundreds of students build confidence and improve their academic performance. Nikita believes that every child can excel in math with the right guidance and personalized approach, and she is deeply committed to making math both engaging and accessible for students of all learning levels.

In her role as Center Director, Nikita enjoys working closely with students, parents, and instructors to create a positive and supportive learning environment. She takes pride in mentoring her team, developing individualized learning plans, and ensuring each student receives the attention they need to succeed. Her strong organizational and leadership skills allow her to effectively manage center operations while maintaining a warm, student-focused atmosphere. Nikita is especially passionate about inspiring young minds, fostering problem-solving skills, and helping children develop a lifelong appreciation for mathematics.

Hiteshi Thakkar

Hiteshi Thakkar is deeply passionate about mathematics and finds great joy in helping students understand and appreciate the subject. She has a natural ability to break down complex concepts into simple, easy-to-understand steps, making math more approachable and less intimidating for learners. Her enthusiasm for math shines through in every interaction, inspiring students to stay curious and engaged.

As an instructor, Hiteshi brings high energy and positivity to every session, creating a lively and supportive learning environment. She is patient, encouraging, and genuinely enjoys working with students of all levels. Her goal is to build confidence in each student while making math fun and rewarding, helping them develop strong problem-solving skills and a lasting interest in learning.

Ashish Thakkar

Ashish Thakkar’s love for math began in elementary school and has stayed with him throughout his professional journey. With a Pharmacy degree from Sardar Patel University and an M.S. in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Science from Northwestern University, he brings valuable experience from the clinical research industry. 

Ashish understands how math strengthens logical thinking, decision-making, and lifelong problem-solving skills. He is committed to helping students develop a strong math foundation through engaging, individualized instruction that builds both confidence and enthusiasm for learning. 

Dhristi Patel

Drishti is a dedicated instructor with a strong passion for mathematics and a genuine love for teaching. She enjoys helping students understand how math concepts come together through formulas and problem-solving, making learning both meaningful and engaging. Drishti finds great fulfillment in working with students and takes pride in seeing them grow, improve, and gain confidence over time.

At Mathnasium, Drishti is known for her supportive and encouraging approach, especially when working with younger students. She is committed to providing guidance that helps build a strong academic foundation while making math enjoyable. Outside of teaching, she enjoys painting, playing basketball, and listening to music, bringing creativity and energy into everything she does.
