Center Director
Hello! My name is Mia. I am currently working on a Master Degree of Business Administration in Information Technology at Humpreys University. I have a Bachelor Degree in Pure Mathematics at Seattle University. I dedicate myself to making math accessible and enjoyable for everyone. I love to use hands-on activities, real-world applications, and collaborative projects to engage students and deepen their understanding. I also enjoy solving challenging math puzzles. I am excited to be a part of Mathnasium Team Members.

Sharada Vajjhala

Lead Instructor
Sharda comes from a mixed background of software programming and academics. Prior to moving to the US, she worked as a Math teacher in India. Her love for Math prompted her to pursue a career in teaching Math. She is passionate about teaching students, and attempts to convey concepts in an effective manner, by utilizing different techniques. She firmly believes that, with practice, mathematical competence can be developed by one and all. In her free time, she enjoys doing puzzles and volunteering.

Hey, I'm Aditi! I am a current senior at Interlake Senior High School and I've been working with Mathnasium since August 2024. In my free time, I enjoy biking, baking, and hanging out with my friends.

Hi, I’m Nicolas! I grew up in Hawaii and moved to the Eastside a year ago. In high school, I always loved math class and got a perfect 800 on the SAT math section. Currently, I am studying economics at Yale. In my free time I like hiking, gardening, and learning about local endemic species.

Hi, im Matt! Im a recent mechanical engineering graduate. I am an avid music lover and puzzle enjoyer. I’ve been teaching in some form or another for years; be it chess, math or another passion of mine. I am excited to be here at Mathnasium!
