Vijaya has master's in Computer Science from California State University East Bay. She is always interested in helping kids understand math. She has 2 kids who are in high-school and understands how math is beneficial to their success in school, but also in the real world. She also likes the way in which the Mathnasium method uses customized learning to help children learn math through a fun and challenging way.
Peter was a math teacher in Vietnam. When he made the jump to the United States, he wanted to be a teacher again and help students in math. After coming here, he studied at UC Berkeley and received a BS degree in math in 2010 from there He is also a graduate at SJSU with a Masters in math and worked a project in Abstract Algebra for his Master's degree. Peter has been teaching at Mathnasium for the last 6 years.
Math has always been one of his top skills. He is very friendly and uses good tactics while teaching to make learning math fun. Matthew has been teaching at Mathnasium for more than 1 year.
Oishee has always loved math and is very dedicated to bettering student's learning.
