Antonella is an enthusiastic math instructor and a current junior in the IB program at Strawberry Crest High School. Originally from Naples, Italy, she brings a global perspective and a strong academic foundation to her role at Mathnasium.
With years of experience working with younger children through school and as a Recreational Leader for Plant City Parks & Recreation, Antonella has a natural talent for motivating and connecting with students. Her approachable personality and advanced math skills help create a fun, encouraging environment where students enjoy learning and make real progress.
Dharvi Patel is a freshman at the University of South Florida, majoring in Biomedical Sciences. She is a recent graduate of the Strawberry Crest IB program, having completed courses such as AP Pre-Calculus and AP Calculus. Before Mathnasium, she tutored kids in math and reading, and has been an excellent addition to the Mathnasium team. In her free time, she goes to the gym, cooks, and dances for the USF Bulls Bhangra Team.
Sepp Van Gurp is a college senior majoring in creative writing and has previous Mathnasium Experience at the Mathnasium of Trinity before the Mathnasium of Brandon Town Center. His prior experience at Mathnasium has prepared him to work with students of all ages, and our team is blessed to have him.
Amanda Shiparo holds degrees in mathematics and education from the University of Central Florida and is a high school math teacher at Bell Creek Academy. She is the head of the Math Department at Bell Creek. She teaches courses like Algebra 2, Trigonometry, and Statistics. Outside of Mathnasium, she is really passionate in drama. She is a Drama Club Sponsor at Bell Creek and acts in plays seasonally.
