Jeff has been part of the Mathnasium family for over a decade. He began as an instructor in Orlando, FL, where he discovered how transformative math education can be. After moving to Raleigh, NC, he became a Center Director, helped run six centers, started two, and now co-owns three with his wife, Nicole.
Jeff’s goal is simple: if a student leaves with a smile, he’s done his job. He’s passionate about making math fun and meaningful for every learner.
Nicole started with Mathnasium as a Center Director and now serves as the Finance Director for the three centers she co-owns with her husband, Jeff. While she misses daily interactions with students, she’s proud to still play a crucial role in supporting their math journeys behind the scenes.
Nicole is passionate about building confidence through math and is excited to soon welcome their son, Cooper, into the Mathnasium family.
Grayson is the Center Director at Mathnasium of Brier Creek with over eight years of tutoring experience. He’s currently studying Mechanical Engineering at NC State University and loves helping students gain confidence and reach their math goals.
When he’s not teaching or studying, Grayson enjoys solving puzzles and playing tennis. He’s passionate about creating a supportive environment where students can thrive.
Jia is a first-year instructor who brings energy and excitement to every session. She’s passionate about helping students of all ages see the fun side of math. Outside of Mathnasium, she’s involved in robotics, enjoys dancing, and loves unwinding with the tennis channel.
Jia believes math is everywhere—and she’s committed to helping students discover its power in everyday life.
Lola has loved math since she first started school and now shares that enthusiasm with students at Mathnasium. A student at Cardinal Gibbons High School, she will attend Vanderbilt University in the fall.
Lola also leads her school’s mock trial team and varsity women’s tennis team. She’s driven by a passion for helping kids grow both academically and personally.
Jason is studying Electrical Engineering at NC State University and hopes to work in product development. Growing up in Garner, NC, he played baseball and now stays active with rock climbing and martial arts.
To Jason, math is more than numbers—it’s a problem-solving language used daily. He’s excited to help students become fluent in math and approach challenges with confidence.
