Mathnasium of Burlington is led by Ellie Love, a parent, educator, and former Fortune 500 leader who brings both heart and discipline to student success.
Ellie is a Six Sigma Black Belt trained at American Express, where she led professional teams and built systems focused on quality, clarity, and measurable outcomes. She brings that same rigor to education by ensuring learning plans are intentional, progress is monitored, and families receive clear, consistent communication.
Before becoming the center director, Ellie was also a Mathnasium parent. As a mom who stepped away from her corporate career to homeschool her five sons through high school, she understands firsthand the responsibility families carry when making academic decisions and values strong parent-school partnerships.
Ellie is passionate about helping families see clearer pathways, not just through math, but toward future opportunities. Her mission is to ensure every student leaves Mathnasium of Burlington stronger in math and more confident in what is possible.
"Math is more than a subject; it's a lifeskill that opens doors." ~ Ellie Love
