Madison holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from San Diego State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Teaching. While at SDSU, she gained valuable experience as a tutor and teaching assistant, solidifying her passion for education. Madison is working toward a career as a high school teacher, where she hopes to inspire the next generation of learners.
As Assistant Center Director, Madison enjoys creating a positive and productive learning environment for every student. In her free time, she loves drawing, playing video games, and playing the guitar.
Sarah is studying Math and Economics at UC San Diego and brings both analytical insight and a passion for education to her role at Mathnasium. Before joining the Carmel Valley team, she worked at the Los Angeles branch, where she developed her skills in making math engaging and approachable. She plans to pursue a career in technology as a data scientist.
Sarah enjoys helping students gain confidence and clarity in math. Outside the center, she spends time reading, cooking, and practicing embroidery.
Deloris is currently pursuing a degree in Mathematical Biology at UC San Diego. Prior to joining Mathnasium, she worked as a medical office assistant, where she developed strong organizational and communication skills. Deloris plans to pursue a career in academia as a math researcher and professor.
She brings enthusiasm and a deep curiosity to every session, encouraging students to explore math creatively. Outside of Mathnasium, Deloris enjoys dancing with the UCSD Tritonettes, practicing San Soo Kung Fu, reading, and writing.
David is working toward a degree in Data Science at UC San Diego and plans to pursue a career as a data scientist. His background includes teaching and mentorship roles as a Sunday school assistant and basketball coach, where he developed a strong sense of leadership and teamwork.
David brings energy and positivity to every session, helping students approach math with confidence. Outside of Mathnasium, he enjoys playing volleyball and basketball.
Luke is working on a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering at UC San Diego. Before joining the Mathnasium team, Luke worked as a server. Luke plans on a career in the engineering field as a Signal Processing Engineer. When Luke isn't teaching math at Mathnasium, he also enjoys rock climbing and bouldering.
Finley is working on a bachelors degree in Biology at UC San Diego. Before joining the Mathnasium team, Finley worked as an after school aide and kennel attendant. She plans on a career in the Animal Care field as a Veternarian. When Finley isn't teaching math at Mathnasium, she also enjoys going to the beach and baking.
Nivi is working on a masters degree in Biomedical Engineering at UC San Diego. Before joining the Mathnasium team, Nivi worked as a Failure Analysis Technician at a medical device company. Nivi plans on a career in the medical device field as an engineer. When Nivi isn't teaching math at Mathnasium, she also enjoys watching movies and trying new restaurants.
Hailey is working on a bachelors degree in Biology at Point Loma Nazarene University. Before joining the Mathnasium team, Hailey worked as a tennis coach and shadowed audiologists and doctors. Hailey plans on a career in the medical field as an Audiologist. When Hailey isn't teaching math at Mathnasium, she also enjoys playing tennis, going on hikes, watching sports, and spending time with family.
Charles has a degree in Applied Mathematics from San Diego State University. Before joining the Mathnasium team, he worked as a student intern at a tech development company. Charles plans on a career in the tech field as a programmer. When Charles isn't teaching math at Mathnasium, he also enjoys drawing, reading, singing/music, cooking, hiking, and fitness.
Robin is working on a bachelors degree in Statistics at San Diego State University. Robin plans on a career in the business field as an actuary. When Robin isn't teaching math at Mathnasium, he also enjoys writing music.
