Katherine Martin

Center Director

Katherine earned her bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Northwestern University and brings both academic excellence and a love for her hometown of Charlottesville to her role. Outside the center, she enjoys playing volleyball, kickboxing, and baking. 

She is passionate about helping students discover the beauty of math through patterns and logic. Katherine loves being part of a caring and fun group environment where students build confidence, overcome challenges, and develop a true appreciation for math. 

Anthony Kahn

Lead Instructor

Anthony holds a mathematics degree from Cornell University and enjoys sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm for math with students of all ages. He brings a thoughtful and engaging presence to the classroom, making complex concepts more approachable. 

In his spare time, Anthony enjoys reading novels and playing the piano. He values the opportunity to help students build problem-solving skills and confidence through the personalized learning approach offered at Mathnasium.
