Paulina holds a degree in Communications and is a trained journalist with a strong foundation in effective messaging, empathy, and interpersonal connection. Her academic and professional background equipped her with the skills to communicate clearly with students, parents, and staff — creating a warm, collaborative environment.
With experience in team management and a passion for education, she is dedicated to helping students discover their potential. She especially loves witnessing the moment when children begin to enjoy and understand math, transforming their relationship with the subject through the Mathnasium Method.
Jenny holds a degree in Math and Sociology from the University of Miami and has been with Mathnasium since 2013. She’s passionate about helping students approach problems in different ways and build their problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
She finds joy in watching students grow in both confidence and understanding. Jenny believes that math should be accessible to everyone, and she’s proud to support that mission each day at Mathnasium.
Elizabeth brings both insight and heart to her role as Director of Operations at Mathnasium. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University and uses her understanding of how children think and learn to support effective instruction and team development across centers.
As a proud mom of two boys, Elizabeth knows firsthand the value of confidence-building education. Whether managing operations or creating a positive learning environment, she believes in the power of patience, encouragement, and a well-timed snack.
Laura earned her BS in Business from Wake Forest University and, alongside her husband Jonathan, opened their first Mathnasium center in 2014. Together, they combined their passion for education with their desire to support students and families in their community.
A proud mom of three, Laura understands the importance of educational support and meaningful learning. She’s excited to help students learn math in a way that makes sense to them and sees Mathnasium as a perfect place to inspire academic growth.
Jonathan holds a BA in Economics from Wake Forest University and earned his International MBA through a joint program with the University of South Carolina and Wirtschaftuniversität Wien in Austria. With nearly 20 years in finance, he values the role that strong math foundations play in lifelong success.
A former runner and lacrosse player, Jonathan sees math mastery as a skill that, like athletics, requires consistent training. He enjoys coaching his sons’ lacrosse team and bringing his passion for learning and discipline to Mathnasium families.
