Justin is a graduate of Northwestern University, where he earned his degree in Computer Science. His strong academic background in mathematics, analytical thinking, and problem-solving has shaped his passion for helping students develop not only stronger math skills, but also the confidence and critical-thinking abilities that will serve them well beyond the classroom.
Justin believes that every student can succeed in math when given the right guidance, encouragement, and opportunities to be challenged at an appropriate level. He enjoys getting to know each student individually, celebrating their progress, and helping them turn difficult concepts into moments of understanding and accomplishment.
As Program Manager, Justin works closely with students, instructors, and families to ensure that each child receives a supportive and engaging learning experience. He is committed to creating an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, excited to learn, and proud of the progress they make.
Emily is currently pursuing a degree in Business with a minor in Music at Cal State LA. Her diverse academic background reflects her strengths in analytical thinking, creativity, discipline, and communication—all of which she brings into her work with students.
Emily is passionate about helping students build a strong foundation in math while developing the confidence to approach new and challenging concepts independently. She believes that learning is most effective when students feel supported, encouraged, and comfortable asking questions, and she strives to make each session both productive and enjoyable.
As a Lead Instructor, Emily also helps support and guide the instructional team while ensuring that students receive a consistent, high-quality learning experience. Her warm and patient approach allows her to connect with students of different ages and learning styles, helping them recognize their progress and take pride in what they can accomplish.
