Amber Josephson

Amber brings more than twenty years of

experience in business administration,

offering a strong foundation in organization,

critical thinking, and attention to detail that

will help a team thrive. Her background in

customer service and team management

has shaped her into a thoughtful, people-

centered professional who values clear

communication and the importance of

building strong, collaborative relationships.

Beyond her professional strengths, Amber

has a passion for working with children. For

the past fifteen years, she has volunteered

and led in kids ministry and the youth group

at her church, investing her time and energy

into creating supportive, meaningful

experiences for youth. She also has served

as a mentor with Crown Point Public

Schools, building personal relationships with

children, helping them feel valued and

wanted.
