Taylor Berkeley
Educational Director
Taylor has been the Educational Director since 2017, back when the Mathnasium of Doylestown was the Mathnasium of Buckingham. He graduated from East Stroudsburg University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s of Arts in History and Secondary Education. Leading up to his employment with Mathnasium, he gained experience working with students of all ages through tutoring, student-teaching, and substituting.
Taylor is no stranger to the Doylestown area - in fact, he attended Central Bucks School District growing up! As a kid, he participated in several sports such as soccer, basketball, and football. He found the most success with Track and Field: he was a team captain for CB South and his 4x100 meter relay still holds the school record. Taylor even was a sprinting coach briefly during his student-teaching. He currently stays physically active by going on runs, hikes, swimming, and lifting weights.
Lastly, and probably most importantly, Taylor was the runner-up class clown in high school. So what do you get when you mix runner-up level funny, athletic and dedication to creating the best possible learning experience for students? Apparently the answer is you get several students who come away from their Mathnasium experience growing in ways they might not have thought possible. Taylor leads this center with a student-first mentality. Paired with awesome instructors who love teaching math, Taylor will be first to tell you that the Mathnasium of Doylestown is the unrivaled choice for anyone looking to get their kids exercising their math muscles!
