Sara

Associate Center Director

Sara serves as the Associate Center Director at Mathnasium and earned her B.S. in Social Science Secondary Education from the University of Central Florida. With more than five years of combined teaching and tutoring experience, she brings both skill and compassion to her role. 

She believes every learner has the potential for success and works to create an encouraging environment where students feel supported and confident in math. Sara is excited to welcome new families and looks forward to helping each student thrive. 

Jodi

Director of Education

Jodi earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology and Math from Hope College, along with her secondary teaching certificate. She also holds a master’s degree in Math Education and a specialist’s degree in Curriculum and Teacher Leadership from Piedmont College. With 20 years of teaching experience, she has taught everything from eighth grade math to IB Math Studies and is a certified gifted instructor. 

She loves teaching because of the excitement students feel when they finally understand a difficult concept. Jodi believes that with the right support and tools, every learner can succeed in math. 

Lauren

Director of Training

Lauren graduated from the University of Central Florida with an Interdisciplinary Studies degree in Mathematics Education and Psychology. Her studies included College Algebra through Calculus III, Differential Equations, and Statistics. Since joining Mathnasium in 2011, she has gained extensive experience working with students and mentoring instructors. 

She believes math should be challenging but never intimidating. Lauren is passionate about helping students see math as both enjoyable and rewarding, and she takes pride in inspiring learners to build confidence and develop a lifelong appreciation for the subject.
