Chris Odell

Lead Instructor

Chris holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University and brings technical expertise and humor to every tutoring session.  

His favorite number is 7, and he delights students with this joke: “What do you call a hen that can count her own eggs? A mathemachicken!” Chris is also an accomplished performer and has played at Carnegie Hall. He combines creativity, precision, and fun to make math approachable for all learners. 

Kaitlyn Rayfield

Kaitlyn brings positivity and personality to every session. Her favorite number is 222, and her go-to joke is a classic: “Why is 6 afraid of 7? Because 7 ate 9!” 

Known for her patience and playful approach, Kaitlyn helps students tackle tough problems while keeping things light and supportive. Fun fact: she has six cats—and still finds time to make math a priority!

My favorite number is tau, since it’s a bit easier to use for trig than pi sometimes. An interesting fact about me is I’ve recently been learning card tricks. My favorite math joke is: “I’ve recently been reading a book on anti-gravity. I can’t put it down!”

Timmy graduated from Salisbury University with a degree in computer science. He enjoys problem solving and is passionate about helping develop a deeper understanding of math. His favorite number is 8. His favorite math joke is:

Moni Sannoh

I’m a Sophmore at St. Mary’s College of MD, studying Computer Science and Biochemistry. My favorite number is 17. My fave math joke is “Why did 1/5 go to the spa? Because it was too tenths”
