Matthew graduated from Oglethorpe University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. During college, Matthew discovered his love for helping people understand math. He worked as a tutor in the Academic Success Center and was also a teaching assistant during the summers. Matthew began working for Mathnasium right out of college in Augusta, Georgia. He enjoys reading and playing video games during his free time. Matthew loves helping students develop a positive relationship with math and seeing that math can be fun!
Helen graduated from The University of Alabama in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Fine Art. From a young age, Helen had a deep passion for math and began working as a private tutor starting in high school. While in college, Helen continued to work as a private tutor along with other responsibilities such as being an Ambassador and Residential Advisor for the University. Soon after graduating from college, she joined the Mathnasium team. In her free time, she loves to make art and volunteers at the Atlanta Printmaking Studio. Helen understands the importance of math skills and how to make it creative and fun.
