Morgan served as Summer Coordinator for Mathnasium of Mobile in 2023. She was so inspired by our commitment to students and to making math fun and relatable, that when she graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2024 she found her way back to Mathnasium. Morgan accepted the role of Center Director for our Mobile and Eastern Shore locations and started back with us in June 2024. She's a fantastic addition to our management team. Morgan is great with students and a tremendous resource for our parents.
Walker is our Assistant Center Director. He is studying mechanical engineering at USA. His favorite movie is Interstellar. Walker says, “I’ve always enjoyed doing math, especially at higher levels, but one thing I’ve come to enjoy most about Mathnasium is hearing about all the careers our students want to pursue after high school.”
Anna graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in early childhood education. Her favorite show is How I Met Your Mother. She has 3 dogs and 1 cat. Anna loves anything and everything Disney! Her favorite part of workin at Mathnasium is seeing kids have the "aha" moment when they finally grasp a concept in math!
Savannah is a student at the University of South Alabama. She is studying biomedical engineering. Her favorite movie trilogy is The Lord of the Rings. She’s almost fluent in ASL! Savannah says her favorite thing about working at Mathnasium is being able to watch each student grow in their confidence with math. We are happy to have Savannah on our team.
Evans is studying biomedical sciences at USA. Their favorite movie is Lily & Stitch. Evans has a kitty. Evans also speaks French! Evans said the best part of working at Mathnasium is "seeing the kids put their own spin on topics, they're so creative!"
AJ is currently studying math at the University of South Alabama. His favorite TV show is Invader Zim. AJ likes writing short stories in his free time. AJ said, “Math is like getting some blueprints in a foreign language then seeing what masterpieces can be created once you understand how to read it.” His favorite part of working at Mathnasium is the uniquely fun environment that’s presented.
Abby graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in secondary education. Her favorite show is Parks and Rec. Abby enjoys traveling, specifically backpacking around new places. She says, “I am such a math nerd. Especially with a student who has grappled with a challenge, finding the road to success is so wonderful. I get excited and so does the student.” Welcome Abby!
Katherine graduated from the Barcelona School of Economics with a degree in energy economics. She enjoys watching early 2000’s British rom coms. She has 4 dogs: 3 English cream golden retrievers and one chihuahua mix. Her parents nicknamed her “Radar” as a child because she could always find what they lost. Whether it was their wallet, a phone, or their car in the parking lot. She loves when the kids come in excited to tell us about their day!
