Q. Does Appointy allow me to cancel the “Same Day” as my appointment.
A. No, Appointy does not allow "same day" cancelling.
Q. What if something unexpected comes up and I need to cancel today's session?
A. We understand. When the unexpected happens (emergencies, illness, etc.) call or text us. [316] 558-5960
We want to hear from you as soon as you know about it.
You will not lose the session due to circumstances beyond your control. We will work with you.
Q. What if we just change our mind and decide to do something else today?
A. If you simply change your mind about attending today or realize you have a prior conflict, call or text us BEFORE 12-noon. (weekdays). Otherwise, the session is lost.
If you call or text AFTER 12-noon and just say "We won't make it today" we will assume you changed your mind about coming and the session will be lost.
If something unexpected comes up that prevents you from making it; let us know about it. We will work with you.
Q. Why is there a 12-noon cutoff?
A. We often get last minute requests for an available spot. If we find out at the last minute that you can't make it, it's too late to open that spot for another student who wants to be here.
"No Shows" (you forgot)
If your student doesn't show up for a scheduled session and we don't hear from you, then the session is lost.
If your student can't make it, please call or text us.
Reach out to us before 12-Noon so that spot can be available for another student.
Emergencies or circumstances beyond your control are, of course, exceptions.
If you want to notify us before or after our "student" hours, please send us a TEXT message. [316] 558-5960. Or, you may call the same number.
After hours our answering service will take your message (24/7) and forward it to us immediately. [316] 558-5960 (call or text).
