Jennifer Jeffrey
Center Director
Jennifer Jeffrey has worked for Mathnasium for 11 years! She is the current Center Director of Mathnasium of Elmhurst. She received a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics, a Minor in Education, and a Masters Degree in Data Science. She is also a certified grade 6 through community college level teacher. She spent 1 year teaching at the high school level at Lyons Township High School and 11 years teaching at the collegiate level at various institutions including College of DuPage, Elmhurst University, and North Central College. In her free time she loves to dance, do yoga, play the flute, read, and work on coding computers. She's excited to share her passion for math and learning with everyone!

Assistant Center Director
Miguel Luna is a rising Junior at Elmhurst University. He is currently pursuing a bachelor's in Computer Science and Mathematics. He is also a math tutor at the university. Miguel graduated from Bartlett High School. Miguel enjoys learning how things work and problem-solving. He also enjoys taking gadgets apart, putting them back together, and fixing anything that's broken. Miguel loves Math due to the way it can change how one thinks and perceive the world and its relationship to pattern recognition.
Richard Jeffrey

Adi Patel
Instructor
Adi Patel is an aspiring high school mathematics teacher with a background in mechanical engineering from UIC. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, volunteering, and watching/playing sports (like Formula 1 racing, basketball, and football). Adi believes that understanding mathematics sparks curiosity for things around us, as we are constantly surrounded by numbers, equations, and algorithms. Passionate about math since childhood, he looks forward to sharing his love for the subject with all of his students!

Jacob Suiter is a Nutrition and Food Science major at UIC. In the past he also studied as an astrophysics major, but found a love for cooking. In his free time, he loves cooking, gardening, and playing video games. He also has a dog, cat, snake, tortoise, bird, and frog as pets.

If a student is struggling or simply looking to keep up in their math class, Mathnasium will build upon what they already know, addressing their learning gaps and teaching math in a way that makes sense to them.
Mathnasium provides premium value by combining a superior learning experience with an efficient structure that keeps costs low. There is a flat enrollment fee for our program, and students attend regularly—much like a gym membership. We recommend that they attend Mathnasium 2-3 times per week as attending less frequently will slow results and attending too often could lead to student burnout. Pricing varies by program and geographic area. Contact our center for more details on enrollment packages.
