Marguerite

Lead Instructor

Marguerite has always loved math since she was young. She completed her BA in Mathematics with a minor in music at Ithaca College in 2018. Then she went on to pursue a Master’s Degree in Mathematics, which she completed in 2020. While completing her degrees, she had tutoring and teaching jobs through the colleges. Marguerite tutored classes from subjects such as calculus, linear algebra and precalculus. When not doing math, Marguerite enjoys reading books, watching movies, juggling, and riding her bicycle.

Alex

Instructor

Alex has a passion for math and teaching. He has taught many different grades from elementary all the way up to calculus! He enjoys helping students build confidence and apply their knowledge to solve challenging problems. Alex earned his Master's Degree in Materials Science and Engineering. Outside of math, Alex enjoys playing piano, composing music, and hiking!

Gabbi Flachs

Owner/Center Director

My name is Gabbi and I am the owner and center director at Mathnasium of Flemington. I make it my goal to ensure that students have an effective, engaging and encouraging learning experience that cultivates an intuitive understanding of math. I do this by selecting highly trained instructors who are passionate about math, maintain the best environment for learning and always stay positive. As a former math teacher with my Masters of Education, I have experience with many different curriculums and Mathnasium's learning plans are curated in a way to make math make sense to every student at their level. At Mathnasium, we offer the tools to help young learners improve critical math skills and understanding. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions.
