Rentha graduated from Francis Marion University with a BBA in Accounting and has worked in various roles in Florence area banking, most recently serving as Vice President in Accounting and Contract Administration.
She has also homeschooled her daughter through high school, an experience that deepened her passion for teaching. With math as her favorite subject, Rentha enjoys sharing her love of numbers with students and helping them grow in skills and confidence.
A graduate of Francis Marion University, Marqueis has experience teaching in the public school system and now teaches high school math at Trinity Collegiate School.
He has been part of Mathnasium since 2014 and especially enjoys teaching higher-level math. With a heart for helping others, Marqueis is passionate about making advanced concepts clear and building student confidence in math.
Ed is a husband, father, and grandfather who retired from AT&T after a successful career as a facility designer. He now channels his problem-solving skills into helping students develop confidence in math. Ed especially enjoys guiding learners through abstract concepts and celebrating each success, no matter how small.
For him, the most rewarding part of teaching is watching students grow step by step into stronger, more independent thinkers. With patience and encouragement, he helps students build a solid foundation for future achievement.
Susan Goldstein is a former elementary school teacher who has lived in Florence for over 30 years. With her background in classroom education, she brings warmth, structure, and encouragement to her work at Mathnasium. Susan loves helping students overcome challenges, develop new skills, and discover that math can be both manageable and rewarding.
When she isn’t teaching, she enjoys staying active at the gym, walking her dog, working in her yard, solving puzzles, and reading. Her passion for learning shines through in everything she does.
