Amaechi Onyeali has owned and operated the Mathnasium Evergreen Park for over 13 years and recently purchased the Frankfort center in May 2025. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Wilberforce University, a Master's Degree from Concordia University in Urban Education, and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from The American College of Education. Mr. O worked in the Chicago Public Schools for 19 years as a Math coach, Math Specialist for the Chicago Math and Science Initiative, Middle School Coordinator and has taught all grades from Kindergarten to 8th grade. He received the Blum-Klover Teacher of the Year Award and the Chicago Public School's distinguished D.R.I.V.E Teacher of the Year Award while working in CPS. Rejuvenating the Frankfort center in the Southland area and helping students build their confidence and skills in math has become his new mission. Amaechi is married to Christena Onyeali. They have two children, Malik and Kayla, who were the first students of Mathnasium of Evergreen Park.
