Benson graduated from UC Irvine with a degree in Physics and serves as the Assistant Center Director at Mathnasium of Garden Grove. He believes math is an essential life skill, useful for everything from everyday problem-solving to advanced applications.
Having once struggled to find enthusiasm for math himself, Benson values Mathnasium’s ability to make math engaging for students. He enjoys helping students sharpen their critical thinking skills and develop confidence in math. In his free time, he likes hiking, cooking, and listening to a wide variety of music.
Albert is the Academic Manager at Mathnasium of Garden Grove. He graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a B.S. in Mathematics Education and a single-subject credential in Math. He has been working in the education field since 2017.
Outside of Mathnasium, Albert enjoys playing video games, which he sees as a fun way to strengthen problem-solving and critical thinking skills. He is also the author of an OMORI guide that has helped hundreds of players progress in the game.
Aidan is a Biomedical Engineering student at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and has always loved math for its objectivity and practical applications in daily life. He enjoys showing students how math builds critical thinking skills that extend far beyond the classroom.
He is passionate about helping students who may feel discouraged by math gain confidence and appreciation for the subject. In his free time, Aidan enjoys going to the gym, cooking, attending concerts, and spending time with friends and family.
Hien is studying Mathematics at Orange Coast College and enjoys exploring the problem-solving challenges math presents. He believes math is not about difficulty but about the perspective students bring to problem-solving.
As a Mathnasium Instructor, Hien strives to help students view math differently and discover that everyone can succeed with the right approach.
