Matthew joined Mathnasium of Glastonbury in June 2023, though he first worked as an instructor in 2016. He graduated from Rhode Island College with a degree in Mathematics, and his favorite area of study is probability. He enjoys the problem-solving nature of math, describing it as “a puzzle that needs a little logic and sometimes a little luck to figure out.”
Outside of math, Matthew enjoys traveling, cheering for the Boston Bruins, and cooking.
Andrea has been part of Mathnasium since November 2019. She holds a degree in Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania, and her favorite area of math is estimation. She enjoys how math helps us understand the world, from science and medicine to economics and modeling.
In her free time, Andrea enjoys baking, hiking, and working on jigsaw puzzles.
Stoyko joined Mathnasium of Glastonbury in March 2022. He holds a degree in Math and Economics from Hamilton College and a master’s in Operations Research from the University of North Carolina. His favorite subject is abstract algebra, which he values because it is “the foundation of all science.”
When he is not teaching, Stoyko enjoys hiking, playing golf, and practicing photography.
Ashley has been with Mathnasium since May 2023. She is currently earning her master’s in teaching at Quinnipiac University and especially enjoys precalculus. For Ashley, math is both a strength and a passion, and she loves the opportunity to share that love with students.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys crocheting, reading, and spending time with friends.
James Carroll is an instructor at Mathnasium of Glastonbury. He brings energy and enthusiasm to each session, helping students build their skills and confidence in math.
He enjoys supporting learners at every level and finds it rewarding to watch students grow in their understanding over time.
