New Scheduling Site starting March 1st

 

 

Mathnasium of Hershey will be switching to our scheduling site at the end of February from SignUp Genius to Bookingmitr.com. You can continue to book sessions on SignUp Genius for the rest of February, but sessions for March and beyond should be booked on Bookingmitr.com Our new Bookingmitr.com scheduling page can be found at:

Once you have arrived at our new page, you can select the days and times you would like to schedule by clicking on the appropriate times slots. The slots will turn green (see below) to indicate selections. You can switch months by clicking the arrows at the top right of the page.

 

 

 

 

 

Once you have selected all the slots you would like, click “Confirm” at the top of the page to submit your selections. Since this is most likely your first time using the site, you will be asked to create an account. You can use either your email address or a WhatsApp phone number. This allows you to edit/delete your confirmed selections, as well as see selections on Google Calendar (if you use a gmail account to register) and/or receive WhatsApp notifications.

 

 

Once you have created your account, or logged in to an existing one, you’ll have confirmed your sessions and are ready to go.

 

 

By using our new scheduling system, you will be able to see scheduled sessions on Google Calendar, and receive notifications for sessions through your normal calendar notifications. This system is also optimized for mobile devices, and should operate more smoothly than in the past. You can edit sessions by logging into the site, where your scheduled sessions will appear in green and can be changed at your discretion. When you reschedule a session, you most likely need to re-select any other sessions you booked at the same time as the session you are editing. This will be changed in the next update to the site which will be happening in the upcoming weeks. To minimize this, we recommend only selecting days one week at a time, before clicking submit. Changes automatically sync with Google Calendar.

We will be asking parents to use the new site to book sessions for March, and our SignUp Genius Page will no longer be available starting March 1st. If you have any questions, please always feel free to reach out for assistance. We appreciate your patience during this period of transition.
