Daniel Wu is the Center Director at Mathnasium of Horsham. He holds a BS in Finance and Economics from Villanova University and spent two semesters studying abroad at Oxford University. Before opening his Mathnasium center, Dan worked in the financial industry as a trader and portfolio manager.
Driven by a desire to serve his community, Dan now applies his analytical skills to help students truly understand math. He believes that with the right support and the Mathnasium Method™, every child can transform their relationship with math. In his free time, Dan enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and golfing.
Ryan Brown is a graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. He is currently completing his Master’s degree in Analytics at Georgia Tech and has a strong interest in data, numbers, and problem-solving.
Ryan enjoys helping students unlock the logic behind math concepts and build their confidence step by step. Outside of Mathnasium, he spends his time watching educational YouTube content to continue learning and stay sharp.
Max Meakim is working toward a degree in math and education with the goal of becoming a full-time math teacher. Before joining Mathnasium, Max taught archery to students aged 8 to 18, bringing energy and focus to every lesson.
Max’s favorite subjects are Calculus and Algebra, but he enjoys learning and teaching all kinds of math. When he’s not working with students, Max enjoys video games, walking in the woods, and spending time with his dogs and pet rats.
Jeremy Tom is an incoming freshman at Temple University, where he will study biomedical engineering. He recently completed Multivariable Calculus at Hatboro-Horsham High School and has a strong academic foundation in STEM.
Jeremy enjoys helping students break down complex problems and make meaningful progress in their math skills. Outside of Mathnasium, he creates technology-focused YouTube videos with his cousin and enjoys photography, tennis, and basketball.
Shae Gruber is a junior at Central Bucks South High School and has loved math since early childhood. She’s highly involved in school activities and volunteers as a tutor for math, science, and history at her school’s Mentor Center.
Shae enjoys making math fun and engaging for younger students while building their confidence. Outside of academics, she participates in Sound and Lights Crew, Mini-THON, and multiple honor societies. In her free time, Shae enjoys reading, listening to music, and spending time with friends.
Raymond is currently a senior at Central Bucks High School South and is planning to major in either Engineering or Computer Science. He has taken honors math courses a grade level above his own since elementary school. Ray has always found joy applying his skills in any area through teaching them to others. Outside of education, Ray plays the bass guitar, a variety of games, and random soundtracks.
