This school year, we are partnering with Hyattsville Elementary School to implement our Mathnasium In-School Program. As part of the school's math interventions, our instructors deliver the Mathnasium Method to a group of HES students twice a week, helping them strengthen their numerical fluency and mathematical skills. We have had very positive feedback from the students and their families, teachers and school administrators all around!
The latest nation's report card reveals that Maryland students' math proficiency continues to decline. The state's fourth-grade math level is below the national average, and eighth-grade is significantly below average. We are ready to partner with schools and parents to help make a difference.
