Keri is the Center Director and proud owner of Mathnasium of Hyattsville. As a longtime Mathnasium parent, she witnessed firsthand how the program helped her daughter gain confidence and develop a lasting love for math.
Now leading the Hyattsville center, Keri is passionate about creating a fun, encouraging environment where students can build math skills and proudly say, “I’m pretty good at this!” She is committed to helping K–12 students learn math in a way that makes sense to them, just like it did for her own child.
Steve is the Assistant Center Director at Mathnasium of Hyattsville, where he is passionate about helping students build confidence and mastery in math. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a degree in physics, Steve brings strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset to his work. He enjoys making complex concepts approachable and supporting each student’s individual learning journey.
Regan is the Assistant Center Director at Mathnasium of Hyattsville, where she leads the center’s school programs and supports hundreds of students across local schools. A student at the University of Maryland majoring in Information Science, she brings strong organizational skills and a passion for education to her role. Regan is dedicated to expanding access to math support and helping students succeed both in and out of the classroom.
Ismail is a senior at the University of Maryland, College Park, majoring in Computer Science. He brings both technical expertise and genuine enthusiasm for working with students to the Hyattsville team.
Inspired by his younger brother’s success at Mathnasium, Ismail now supports students on their own learning journeys. He especially enjoys the moment when a student realizes they have mastered a new skill. With his strong connection to the Mathnasium mission, Ismail is excited to help every student grow in confidence and ability.
Albert is a Lead Instructor at Mathnasium who brings rich experience and a deep love of teaching to the center. After retiring from the Washington Hospital Center, he continues to share his passion for education by helping students build strong math foundations. Known for his patience and dedication, Albert takes pride in inspiring confidence and a love of learning in every child he teaches.
