Hi, I'm Keri, owner and Center Director of Mathnasium at Hyattsville. We are here to help K-12 students by building their confidence in math, creating a fun and effective learning environment, and teaching them in the way that makes sense to them.
Fun fact about me: I, myself am a long time Mathnasium parent - seven years so far, to be exact. My daughter started the Mathnasium program since first grade. All these years, I witnessed how Mathnasium helped my daughter build confidence in math, so she can proudly say "I'm pretty good at this!" I hope to bring the same experience to as many children as possible.
Hi, I'm Ismail. I am a senior in Computer Science at University of Maryland, College Park. I Enjoy working with children on their math learning very much, and I especially love seeing their excitement when they realize that they have mastered a new skill!
Fun fact about me: my little brother was a Mathnasium kid. I used to take him to our local Mathnasium center and sometimes watched him working with the instructors. Mathnasium has helped him tremendously. Now I become an instructor myself. I can't wait to work with our students to help each one of them, just like other instructors helping my little brother.
