The Canvas Apartments, where our center is located, is finishing its development phase. Our center's space is waiting on the permit to start the interior build-out. Our interior requirement is relatively simple, it would take about six weeks to complete once the permit is approved.
The property manager has offered us a co-working space in the building to use while we wait for the interior construction to complete. We can use the space to start our free assessments by appointments as early as February, 2025.
I have spoken to the many of you about the importance for your students to take this initial assessment. It helps us find out exactly what your students know and not yet know, in order to build a personalized learning plan to make improvement and grow their math skills. The assessment takes about 40 - 60 minutes to complete, and it is FREE at our Hyattsville center. Once the appointment system is open, I will send the link to everyone so you can take the earliest slot available.
