Booking Appointments for Mathnasium@home Sessions

New Students:

  • Create an account in the scheduling system by clicking HERE to get started.
  • One account should be created PER STUDENT. 
  • For login/user id, consider using the first name of the student or something easy to remember.  
  • For password, also consider something easy to remember like "Math1234" 
  • Select "Create Account" after entering all required information.

  • To continue booking an appointment, please see instructions for Current Students below.

Current Students:

  • Click HERE to login.
    • Each student has their own unique user ID. You must log in each time you make new appointments. 
    • (Remember it is case sensitive).  If you forgot your user id, please email HERE.

  • Once logged in,  select service "Mathnasium@home Instruction Session" (from top left drop-down menu)

  • A monthly calendar will appear and all dates in blue are available for booking appointments.  After clicking on a date, select a time available and click "Book It".

 

  • You will see an appointment confirmed notice appear in a green box on your screen.  

  • You can then book additional appointments, up to 3 at a time.
  • The system limits a user from having more than 3 upcoming sessions in the system at any given time. 
  • At any time, you can log in to view all upcoming appointments (see bottom of the screen after logging in)
