I bring over 15 years of experience in education, research, and leadership to the mission of transforming how children understand and enjoy math.
With a strong foundation in science and research—and a career that bridges both academia and industry—I’m deeply passionate about making high-quality math instruction accessible, engaging, and meaningful for every student.
At Mathnasium of Knightdale, I personally ensure each child receives the individualized support they need to thrive. I’m also committed to building and mentoring a team of caring, enthusiastic instructors who share my vision: empowering students with confidence and clarity in math.

Radin is currently pursuing a dual major in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration at NC State University. With over five years of experience teaching and working with students aged 5 to 20, he brings both passion and empathy to every lesson.
Teaching is more than just a job for Radin—it’s a way to connect with students and help them overcome the same mental hurdles he once faced himself. Having taken nearly every math class imaginable, Radin deeply understands the academic challenges students encounter and how to guide them through with clarity and patience.

Maryum Irfan is currently studying Aerospace Engineering with a minor in Computer Programming at North Carolina State University. She has always had a love for math, and sharing that excitement with students at Mathnasium is one of the most rewarding parts of her week. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors—especially hiking—and loves designing and woodworking in her spare time.
Wasi is a Senior at Panther Creek High School. He is certified by the College Board to tutor students taking the SAT in Math and English. He has extensive experience working with children, ensuring that your child will not only improve their math skills but also develop a love for learning. In his free time, he loves to read and play online games with his friends.
Eli is a recent graduate from UNC Chapel Hill. He studied chemistry, math, and physics. Math is a passion for Eli, and his goal at Mathnasium is to pass this passion forward to a younger generation. Outside of math, Eli enjoys playing sports such as basketball, tennis, baseball, pickleball, sprinting, and weight lifting. He also loves to read and watch fiction and play video games such as minecraft and rocket league.
My name is Nadiola, and I am excited to work at the Mathnasium of Knightdale! I’ve had a long-standing interest in math, since joining the math team in high school. I’ve worked as an instructor for a while now, and am very passionate about numbers! I think math is a great way to practice problem-solving and critical thinking, and it’s fun to introduce others to the same techniques I learned.
Vedanth Sirimalla is a STEM Instructor specializing in Applied Mathematics and Statistics, with a Master’s degree in Data Science. He brings a strong foundation in algebra, calculus, linear algebra, probability, and statistical modeling, along with a passion for making math meaningful and easy to understand.
He focuses on creating engaging, personalized learning experiences that match each student’s pace and learning style. He helps students see the value behind what they learn. Known for his clear explanations and supportive approach, Vedanth strives to make every student feel capable and motivated in their math journey.
Ian Eguiarte is a rising junior at North Carolina State University, where he studies Computer Science. He has a strong passion for math, particularly in discrete mathematics, graph theory, and combinatorics, and enjoys applying these concepts to problem solving and algorithm design.
Ian brings both teaching experience and a deep understanding of mathematical concepts to Mathnasium. He has previously worked as a Physics Teaching Assistant and as a tutor for K–12 students, where he developed strong communication skills and a passion for helping students build confidence in STEM subjects. At Mathnasium, he is excited to help students strengthen their problem-solving abilities while making math engaging and approachable.
Outside of Mathnasium, Ian enjoys doing calisthenics, creating origami, and solving logical puzzles. He also plays the piano and enjoys video games, especially Brawl Stars.
Kennedy is a computer engineering student at NC State University. She has worked with kids since she was a teenager: first as a babysitter and then as a camp counselor. She uses this experience to ensure that your child has fun while improving their mathematical abilities. Outside of Mathnasium, Kennedy enjoys reading books, building Lego sets, and watching movies.
