At Mathnasium, the well-being of our families is always our first priority. We are working to keep our center the safest place it can be for your children.
We are emphasizing hygiene standards for all students and staff and reinforcing the importance of proper handwashing procedures after sneezing, coughing, and using the bathroom.
The following are the measures that we have in place at our center:
-
Check-in. Instructors will check students in and out of their sessions, instead of each student themselves.
-
Waiting area. In the interest of reducing the number of extra people in the center, we want to make sure that no one is sitting in the waiting area and so we are asking guardians to drop off and pick up only.
-
Hand Washing. Every student will be asked to wash hands or sanitize their hands when they enter and when they leave. Instructors wash hands upon arrival and every hour.
-
Pencils. Students will be given a pencil to keep in their binders.
-
Sanitizing. We are frequently disinfecting high-touch surfaces, such as tables, chairs, door handles, light switches, etc. We will continue having our hand sanitizer out.
Please observe the following guidelines when visiting our learning center.
-
Wash/sanitize hands when entering and before leaving.
-
Stay six feet away from others.
-
Avoid touching face.
-
Wear a face covering if it is difficult to keep six feet away from others. Face coverings do not need to be worn if you are less than 10 years old or when doing so poses a greater mental or physical health risk.
