Hello, I'm Ms. Rylee! I have a long and successful history with Mathnasium. I began as an instructor in high school and worked my way up to becoming the Center Director at Mathnasium of Beaumont. I then served as the Director of Education and Training for the East Austin region. With 12 years of experience, I'm thrilled to now be the Center Director in Leander. I love creating a fun and supportive learning environment where students can thrive.

I’m Derek, the District Manager for Mathnasium, overseeing multiple centers in the Central Texas area, including Mathnasium of Alamo Heights, Belterra, Cedar Park, League City, Leander, Pflugerville, Round Rock, and Spring Branch. With a strong background in education management and a passion for helping students excel, I am dedicated to ensuring that every Mathnasium center in the district delivers exceptional results and a transformative learning experience for students.
As District Manager, I work closely with Center Directors and their teams to maintain Mathnasium's high standards of instruction, customer service, and operational excellence. I am committed to supporting staff development, fostering strong relationships with families, and driving student success across the region.
When I’m not managing the district, I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, making the most of family activities and creating lasting memories together.
Hi! I’m Elana Daigle, the Director of Operations for several Mathnasium centers across Texas and Tennessee. With over 20 years of experience in math education, I’m passionate about inspiring students and supporting educators. My journey began as an 8th-grade math teacher in public schools, where I also mentored fellow teachers in Region 5. I’ve also enjoyed sharing my love of math as an adjunct professor at Lamar Institute of Technology.
I hold a Master’s degree in Math Education from the University of Texas at Arlington and am Master Certified in the Mathnasium Method. I joined Mathnasium over a decade ago and am dedicated to making math a fun and rewarding experience for every student.
What I love most about my role is seeing students develop confidence and a genuine love for math in our engaging, supportive environment.
