Introducing myMathnasium: Your New Parent Portal is LIVE!

Sep 26, 2026 | Maple Valley

Dear Mathnasium Family,

We are thrilled to announce the launch of myMathnasium, your new all-in-one Parent Portal! Designed to make managing your child’s learning journey easier than ever, the portal brings scheduling, progress tracking, and account management together in one convenient place.

What You Can Do with myMathnasium

  • Effortless Scheduling: Book and manage sessions with ease. Both parents and guardians can now manage appointments for their students.
  • Progress Tracking: View student assessments, track learning growth, and review session history and details after every visit.
  • Account & Billing Management: Update payment methods securely, review invoices, and manage enrollment details online.
  • Notifications & Updates: Stay in the loop with center alerts, scheduling updates, and progress reports. (Please note: Session reminders will be sent via email for now, as text reminders are not currently supported.)

Important Scheduling Transition Dates

  • Through October 31st: Continue using our current scheduling link at Appointy to schedule all upcoming appointments through the end of the month.
  • Starting November 1st: All sessions occurring on or after November 1st, 2026, must be booked exclusively through the new myMathnasium Parent Portal.

Getting Started

All enrolled guardians were sent a welcome email with simple registration instructions this week. Please look in your Spam/Trash folders, just in case, and feel free to reach out in case you are unable to find the email.

  • Create your account right away at my.mathnasium.com to ensure a smooth transition for your student's schedule. (Note: Families enrolled in private 1-on-1 sessions do not need to register yet—we will coordinate your scheduling directly with you separately.)
  • Check out the interactive demo inside the portal after registering for a quick walkthrough.

Thank you for being a valued part of our Mathnasium family! If you have any questions during this transition, please don't hesitate to reach out to center staff.

Warmly,

The Mathnasium Team
