Samantha Croce

District Director

Samantha Croce has a Bachelor’s Degree is Psychology from Brandman University. For the past 20 years she has worked in childcare; educating children ages 6 months to 13 years. She started as a teacher in 2002 before moving up to an Assistant Director and then to a Center Director. She believes that a good foundation in education paves the road for higher success. On her free time she enjoy the outdoors and traveling. Some of her favorite outdoor activities include camping, fishing, off roading and swimming. Every year she tries to travel to a new place, but one of her favorite places to visit is Hawaii. Her goal for the center is to provided an educational experience for everyone that offers an enriched individual curriculum while building their self confidence

Ankeen Arestakesyan

Assistant Center Director

Ankeen is of Iraqi Armenian descent and moved to the United States in 2017. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego and is currently pursuing a Master's degree at California State University, Northridge. Ankeen enjoys learning new languages, music, coding websites, and playing video games in her free time. She also enjoys playing badminton and snowboarding.

Janeth

Instructor

Janeth graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Cal State Dominguez Hills, where she previously worked as a math tutor. She is passionate about helping students build strong mathematical foundations so they can reach more advanced levels of math, and enjoys sharing various problem-solving approaches to make learning more interesting. Her hobbies include learning new coding languages, reading, and craft making.

Alexandra

Lead Instructor

Alexandra is a current mechanical engineering student at LMU. Her love for math began in high school when she began to challenge herself with advanced math courses. Having taken a wide range of math courses, she finds beauty in the complexity of mathematics. and its applications She enjoys working with students and seeing their interest in math grow. Helping students gain confidence in themselves and their math abilities is the most rewarding part of her role.

Angelina

Instructor

Angelina is currently a high school student at LACES Magnet. Having benefited from her time as a student at Mathnasium during elementary school, Angelina recognizes the importance of early math education. She currently works as an instructor at Mathnasium to help other children discover the joys of learning math. With her strong foundation in mathematics and science, Angelina aspires to pursue a career in biomedical engineering and finance. In her leisure time, Angelina enjoys a variety of hobbies, including playing table tennis, practicing the piano, immersing herself in Chinese dramas, volunteering in her community, and exploring new destinations through travel.
