Ming Hui
Center Director and Owner
Ming Hui brings a diverse background in investment management, education, and entrepreneurship to her role as Center Director and Owner of Mathnasium of Milford and Orange. She holds an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business and a BS in Finance from Babson College. Since 2023, Ming has led the center, empowering students through personalized math instruction.
A former Director at Affiliated Managers Group and the founder of the children’s startup Mobabbi, Ming is also active in the Asian-American community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and raising her two children in the Greater New Haven area.
Mack Wishart
Director of Education and High School Math Specialist
Mack holds a degree in Mathematics from Western Connecticut State University and is currently pursuing his master's in mathematical Statistics at Central Connecticut State University. As Director of Education and High School Math Specialist, Mack supports students with expert instruction in everything from algebra to advanced topics.
Known for his patience and enthusiasm, Mack ensures that every student feels supported and understood. He tailors his approach to each learner’s needs to build both skills and confidence. In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar, watching sports, and hanging out with his dog, Sophie.
Kacy O'Connor
Assistant Center Director and Elementary School Math Specialist
Kacy graduated summa cum laude from the University of Saint Joseph and is currently earning her master's in educational leadership. She brings a wealth of experience to Mathnasium, including teaching 5th grade math and science, coaching softball, and supporting academic programs like Horizons Bridgeport.
As a Milford native and former Student Government leader, Kacy knows how to motivate students and foster an engaging learning environment. Whether she's supporting early learners or cheering students on, her positivity makes a lasting impact. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.
James Radigan
Assistant Center Director and Middle School Math Specialist
James earned his bachelor's degree in education from California State Polytechnic University–Pomona and specializes in middle school math instruction. As Assistant Center Director at Mathnasium of Milford and Orange, he excels at helping students build confidence and tackle challenging concepts head-on.
With a calm and encouraging teaching style, James ensures students feel supported in their learning. He recently moved from Los Angeles and is enjoying the beauty of New England. When not in the center, James can be found hiking and exploring the outdoors around Milford.
John Walsh
High School and College Math Specialist
Meet John – Mathnasium Instructor
John brings strong expertise in mathematics to our team. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from Southern Connecticut State University, where he also tutored students in College Algebra, Statistics, and Calculus. As one of our math specialists, John is especially skilled at supporting high school and college-level math.
He plans to continue his studies with a Master’s degree in Data Analytics or Statistics, with a goal of making complex mathematical concepts easy for anyone to understand.
When he’s not teaching math, John enjoys playing acoustic guitar, watching baseball and football (he’s a proud Yankees and Giants fan), and spending time with his family.
