SCHEDULING RECURRING SESSIONS
Consistency is the key to learning any new skill or art. Same is true for math, and a huge reason we want to meet our students regularly, preferably 2-3 time each week. We strongly recommend our families to book weekly recurring sessions to ensure their children get math instruction regularly. We get predictability to help figure our hiring and staffing needs for smooth center operations.
So, head over now to our session booking site and follow the steps below to book recurring sessions for your enrolled children.

Step1: Select the session type - In-Center is the most common. Online Math Session is only for a handful of our enrolled students. Please pick the one appropriate for your childs enrollment.
Step2: Select your first day and time-slot that shows availability and works with your family's schedule.
Step3: Enter your child's name. If multiple siblings are enrolled please enter their names in appropriate boxes and increase the number of students on next screen.
Step4: If multiple siblings are enrolled increase the number of students in the drop-down accordingly. Click on "REPEAT THE BOOKING" link.
Step5: Use "Repeat next we or weekly" section and pick every-week option. Pick the last day using the calendar icon.
Step6: You will see all the repeating sessions. "Remove" the ones you know for sure your child will be away.
Step7: Accept the updated terms. Take note of our updated lead times for new bookings, cancellation and rescheduling.Once you confirm, you will see the list of all booked dates/sessions. Repeat for other days of the week. You're all set now.
Finally: You can see your booked sessions any time by logging-in, clicking on your name on top-right and "My Appointments". You can Reschedule or Cancel the sessions from here.
Policies:
Please remember to reschedule or cancel your scheduled sessions as soon as you know your child is not going to make it. This allows other families to avail any open slots and also keep our center staffing efficient.
