Will fell in love with math studying physics at Middlebury College, where he was also a NCAA All-American swimmer. That passion deepened through an MBA in finance from Cornell and nearly a decade in corporate finance and analytics roles at PwC, Kraft Heinz, and Nielsen.
He opened Mathnasium of Montgomeryville to bring that same joy to his community through engaging, personalized instruction that challenges students but also shows them what math can feel like when it clicks. Outside the center, Will enjoys tennis, golf, oil painting, and spending time with his wife, Allie.
Kieran is excited to join Mathnasium and help students build strong confidence in math. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh with a minor in Korean Language and Culture, where he developed deep math expertise through Calculus II and beyond. Kieran has extensive experience tutoring college-level algebra, statistics, precalculus, and Java programming, and he brings a calm, clear, and student-centered approach to every session.
Elizabeth recently graduated from Gettysburg College with a degree in Mathematics and will begin a Master's program in Mathematics at Lehigh University this fall. A graduate of Quakertown Community High School, she has experience supporting students in Calculus and Discrete Mathematics and enjoys helping learners develop confidence, problem-solving skills, and a deeper understanding of math. Elizabeth is excited to inspire students and help them reach their full potential.
Allie has always been passionate about mathematics and engineering. Growing up as a member of an all-female FIRST Robotics team, she thrived in collaborative, STEM-focused environments, which led her to study Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering at the United States Naval Academy.
As a Naval Officer, she applied complex mathematical principles to missile defense systems, contributing to the safety of America and its allies. Her commitment to impactful work inspired her to pursue an MBA from Wharton. Now, she is eager to share her love for mathematics and inspire the next generation of problem solvers and leaders.
Michele brings a wealth of analytical and technical experience to Mathnasium. She holds a Master’s in Data Analytics from Penn State and a Bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, where she completed concentrated studies in finance. Michele’s career in data engineering, analytics, and product development gives her a strong STEM foundation—especially in data modeling, SQL, and problem-solving. She loves helping students make sense of numbers and patterns, connecting real-world data concepts to their math work.
Janean brings a strong background in education and mentorship, having spent over 20 years as a high school special education teacher before transitioning into real estate. She’s known for her supportive teaching style, clear communication, and ability to adapt instruction to meet every learner’s needs. Janean is passionate about helping students discover that they can succeed in math—with the right guidance and encouragement!
Olya graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Environmental Engineering. She also served in leadership roles with Engineers Without Borders and the Society of Women in Environmental Professions. Olya brings enthusiasm, clarity, and encouragement to every session and loves helping students discover how math connects to the real world!
Alavi graduated from North Penn High School, where he completed advanced coursework in AP Calculus, AP Chemistry, and AP Physics. He is now a student at Montgomery County Community College and enjoys helping students strengthen their math skills through patience and encouragement.
Ellianna has a B.A. in Counseling Psychology from Delaware Valley University. She brings experience from two other Mathnasium centers and has worked extensively with students of all ages, including those with learning differences.
Her background in child psychology helps her create an encouraging and effective learning environment where students feel supported and empowered.
Nik is excited to join Mathnasium and help students grow their confidence in math. He recently graduated from Chestnut Hill College with a degree in Mathematics and a minor in Philosophy. While in college, he worked as a math tutor supporting peers across a wide range of subjects, including Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, and Statistics. With a strong academic foundation and experience breaking down complex concepts into approachable steps, Nik brings clarity and encouragement to every session.
Nora is currently studying Mathematics and Economics at Franklin & Marshall College, where she is also a varsity softball player. She graduated from Central Bucks High School South and was a dedicated Girl Scout. Nora enjoys sharing her love of math and helping students grow!
