Hi! My name is Derek, and I am the Center Director and Owner here at Mathnasium of Moore. I also own the Mathnasium of Norman location!
One of my passions in life is instilling confidence in our communities youth.

Jo loves math, loves solving rubiks cubes, and enjoys video games for fun.
Jos favorit number is 3 because he grew up with 2 siblings and it has always been a lucky number for him.
A fun fact Jo like is the closest habitable planet to earth is 4.2 light years away and named Proxima.
Jos favorite math joke: Why was 6 afraid of 7? Because 7 8 9.
Jo loves Mathnasium because it allows him to show students the wonders of math.
Mohuya is currently a high school junior. She is actively involved in many clubs at school, loves math and history , and enjoys playing guitar.
Her favorite number is 11, and it was also her parents favorite number!
Originaly, her name was spelled "Mohua", but it was mis-spelled on her bith certificate, and her parents decided they liked it and kept it that way.
Mohuya loves working at Mathnasium because it isn't boring. It allows her to interact with kids that need help, and she really enjoys that.
Grayson is a Senior in High School and is planning to pursue a BS in Electrical Engineering!
He likes to read, spend time with family, and play piano.
Graysons favorite number is 7, because he was born in 2007 and finds it interesting that studies have shown 7 to be the most commonly picked favorite number wolrdwide.
Why should you never try to talk to Pi? Because Pi is irrational.
Grayson loves Mathnasium because math has always been his favorite subject. Working here gives him an opportunity to share that love with others, working alongside a team of instructors that love math as much as he does!
